Celebrating festivals is one of the unique features of our country irrespective of religion, region, majority or minority. But our governments in expanded secularism and appeasing mode gives more preference to one special minority community i.e Muslims and ignores majority like Hindus and other faith followers.
The list of holidays given by Indian Postal department reveals some facts. In this almost all the festivals belonging to Muslims were declared as paid holidays, but for Hindus only two.
