The emergence of same-sex relationship culture is a direct
result of the failure of Church in Christian countries in providing an adequate
moral framework to its followers. The cascading effect of this failure has now
reached the Indian judiciary. The recent attempt of CJI DY Chandrachud’s to redefine the gender did not go in expected
lines, so the milords safely parked the ball in the Central government’s court
to avoid further embarrassment.
We all know that this case
filed by Hyderabad-based live-in partners Mr Supriyo and Mr Abhay was neither
urgent nor a mandatory one. But the cherry picking of such subjects by top
judiciary raises justified suspicion on elements driving their narrative.
Deep probing of this concept particularly related to LGBT
community leads us to affirm this unnatural phenomenon evolved after a failure
of church in upholding the values of marriage, family system, gender equality
and social interdependence in its backyard. The decline of Christianity and
Church goers becoming atheist, agnostic or ‘nothing in particular’, ‘self-identified
liberal’ is reality of today’s western world.
Long back, the free thinkers of western world exposed the
medieval muscle power of Church and its atrocities on non-believers, paving the
way for society to adopt a free lifestyle that they felt happy with and
satisfied. Bible’s teachings that male is superior species and female as
inferior could not stand the onslaught of free thinkers. The historical
evidence of Church administered torture against women is still accessible in
the European museums.
As the time progressed, the individual-centred thinking,
accumulation of wealth dominated the social lifestyle of the western world rather
than morals and ethics concluding the happiness comes from sex, money and power.
In addition to opposing Church’s theological beliefs, the change in sexual
orientation among young adults (18-40yrs) towards same gender was perceived as
revolutionary thought.
The silence of Church was taken for granted, and the issue
of LGBTQ+ became the tool for global agents and agencies to target their
opponent countries to cause political and civil unrest.
One of the strong voices to advocate for LGBTQ is Open
Source Foundation, run by George Soros, who has been publicly criticising
Indians and their democratically elected leadership.
Open Source Foundation proudly claims to have influenced European and
American society and its top leadership. They pumped millions of dollars
under different university-linked projects in the name of gender studies to
promote views like ‘marriage is a burden’, ‘my body-my choice’ resulting in
forceful amendments in government policies and a permanent chaos in society.
In India, same sex marriage case could be one in the lakhs
of pending cases in our courts, but Justice DY Chandrachud’s selection and
thrusting it up on the BJP-led government is an covert attempt to build a
narrative ahead of 2024 elections and showcase Hindutva-inspired BJP leadership
and Hindus as intolerant to ideas of free society, giving birth to catchy
slogans like “Modi Hatao, LGBTQ Bachao”.
