Finally the wait is over and now everything is crystal clear about Telugu Desham Party (TDP) and its president Chandra Babu Naidu’s (CBN) stand on Telangana. Once the summary of his speech in Guntur has been drawn, one of the upcoming real estate agent from Telangana is completely convinced that TDP headquarters office named as ‘NTR Bhavan’ located in Road no 2, Jubilee hills, Hyderabad, will be definitely put on lease or rent board.

Since morning this Telangana real estate agent was curious to see how CBN’s new bus journey titled “Athma Gourava Yatra” will move ahead and what would be the buzz word of TDP’s fate in Telangana and Seemandhra.

He concentrated on every word of CBN’s speech which spin around Telangana and Seemandhra agitation as well as TDP’s road map on how to sail in this crisis period.

In the speech CBN openly admitted that he was the man behind objecting the Telangana statehood demand during NDA rule. He also went ahead that it was his iron will that suppressed Telangana politically, which have settled all the old and new accounts of TDP on Telangana soil.

Instead of any meaningful road map from CBN, he tried to fish in the troubled waters like a bad politician.  Though, CBN was careful in his speech that his party has been damaged to large extent for his own selfish remarks on Telangana issue, but continued blaming other political parties, keeping his changing colors as usual.

The complete CBN speech convinced this real estate agent about his a bright future and his conscious was endorsed well after confirming this from Telangana news channels about the fate of NTR Bhavan.  Now this real estate agent clearly sees a bright future ahead for him once he settles leasing or renting NTR Bhavan in short period.

He is also getting updated news that Indian government lead by UPA is planning to speed up the process of forming Telangana state by bringing up cabinet note in the next 10 days as well  government plans to set up a group of ministers to resolve the issues that are likely to arise in the process of creating Telangana.

With a joy, this real estate agent started calling some of his business friends who deal with multinational companies for office space in Hyderabad and informing about the future project of NTR Bhavan.

He has started preparing power-point presentation about the NTR Bhavan’s exclusive amenities like small parking place, well equipped auditorium with audio and video facilities. At the same time, he is trying to contact Errabelli, Mothkupally and Revanth Reddy for more details.
